Snowmen at Work

When a little boy wakes up in the night during a snowstorm, he discovers that the sidewalk is already done. . . and there isn’t anyone around but the snowman that he built! He imagines that what if like our parents, snowmen had work that they had to do, like owning a pet shop, or fixing other snowmen’s teeth? He imagines a whole world of snow people going about their daily lives. . . all right underneath our sleeping noses!
